By taking the elements of past playing experience and matching it with the most recent theoretical practices I am able to coach coaches on how to coach their players much better. This includes anything from getting AWAY FROM THE BASKET to coach to, if feeding, feed from the correct positions! All these aspects matter. Just the way we coaches inform players not to cut corners, we shouldn't be allowed to do the same.
